Referee Fitness Test Criteria

The fitness test requirements for referees are as follows, complete 6 sets of 40m sprints and 20 continuous sets of a 150m run and a 50m walk.  These must be completed within varying timeframes, according to the level that each referee is officiating at. The time limits are as follows:
